My original design of an open concept, steel frame modern sci-fi home, shown in a desert canyon scene. Originally created for, and shown here rendered in the Second Life engine. Second Life is a fully streamed, online game. The assets here are optimized for this purpose, using both textures and polygons sparingly. I created this entire project over the course of 12 days, in order to meet a deadline, with the exception of the landscape elements and three of the interior assets (power cell, product boxes and one of the shelves). Everything was created using Blender, Substance Painter and materials ported to Substance from Quixel's DDo and Megascans. The landscaping is a combination of sculpted assets and scanned 3d Megascans rocks.
