Modular Modern Urban Building Kit

I created this kit over the course of 2 days for sale on the Sketchfab Store and as an entry to the Store Architecture Challenge (which it won). The kit is entirely modular and designed for use in kitbashing various configurations of modern buildings. All the pieces are mapped to a single 4096 UV and textured in Metalness PBR with translucency and emissive maps. Modeled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter. This is my own design, I did not work from any concept.
